In order to influence the world’s governments before the COP 21, we created a campaign to both raise awareness and enable people to take action by joining the online movement. Thus, the #2ctrop movement was born.
First, we created an animated film that ran on all major French TV channels. The film acted as a reminder to politicians and other influencers that climate change was their problem too.
The movement started to grow with over 5 000 people spreading the message. By the end of the first week, the movement had gained more than 1 million views on Facebook, 13 millions web prints, 5 millions outdoors and 3,7 millions print ads.
The people have spoken, but have the politicians listened?
