Our core mission was to design a website for Barrière Hotels, in line with their new brand identity. The new website allows the users to discover the perks of staying at Barrière Hotels along with the different activities and services they provide.
We reshaped their marketing approach by designing and implementing a new digital ecosystem (websites, mobile apps, in-hotel services...). We also created a customer knowledge platform and a digital asset management tool, developed an ongoing performance-based optimization model and devised a tailor-made loyalty program.
Following this successful venture, Publicis Nurun was offered to work on the Casino’s websites…
